Linkstorm Boosts Sales Staff

Scott Waxenberg, Formerly of Tribal Fusion, Hired as Vice President of Sales; Scott Kolber Promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development

NEW YORK, November 5, 2007 — Linkstorm, an advertising technology company, has hired Scott Waxenberg, a highly successful sales professional and former head of east coast sales for Tribal Fusion, to lead its sales force.

The company also promoted Scott Kolber from vice president of sales to senior vice president of business development.

Mr. Waxenberg ("Wax") will report to David Sidman, founder and CEO of Linkstorm, and will be responsible for the implementation of the company's global sales strategy. He plans to focus the company's sales efforts initially on the financial, automotive, technology, travel, e-commerce and health industries.

"Linkstorm has just emerged from a year of 'stealth' projects with some of the world's largest advertisers, and has documented the kinds of performance results that now justify building a sales organization. Wax is just the person to do this. He has grown revenues and ramped up sales organizations at several major Web companies, and he possesses a solid understanding of how to work closely with marketers to ensure that Linkstorm increases performance across all forms of online marketing, whether it's direct response, brand engagement, behavioral targeting or any other approach," said Mr. Sidman.

Mr. Waxenberg has led sales efforts for various nationally recognized companies and online entities. At Tribal Fusion, an online advertising network, he helped boost revenue by more than 70 percent in one year and tripled the size of the sales staff. Previously, Mr. Waxenberg was managing director, international sales at Claria, where he opened a New York office and launched a European sales division in London. Before that he played a number of key sales roles with Excite@Home, focusing on large strategic deals. Over his career, he has held a variety of sales positions with companies such as Giant Bear, a wireless application service provider, Travel & Leisure and Golf Magazine. Mr. Waxenberg holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Kolber, who joined Linkstorm in September 2005, served as Linkstorm's vice president of sales during its crucial market-entry period and signed the company's first wave of Fortune 200 customers. He has a highly successful track record of business development experience in the media and telecommunications industries, including Viacom where he played key roles in the implementation of MTV's global satellite distribution strategy and the development and sale of television programming and feature films. At Loral Space and Communications he was responsible for establishing joint ventures and strategic alliances with a variety of U.S. and international partners. Most recently, he was a co-founder of Canopy Enterprises, a television production and integrated marketing company. Mr. Kolber holds a bachelor's degree in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.

"Scott's vision, creativity and deal structuring skills have led us to sign several strategic deals that extend Linkstorm's value as a versatile marketing platform," said Mr. Sidman. "He will continue to drive sales through these and other new lines of business, while also growing our mainstream advertising revenues through new channels."

These personnel changes follow last week's announcement of Linkstorm completing a $4.2 million round of funding. The new funding, staffing and unveiling of the new company website, www.linkstorms.com, are laying the foundation for what Linkstorm is hoping to be a major paradigm shift in the way online advertising works today.
